Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges for items that are:

  • Incorrectly sized.

  • Incorrectly printed.

  • Damaged upon arrival.

To request an exchange:

  1. Contact us at contact@gifttonomical.com within 30 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item if applicable.

  3. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to return the item.

Important Notes:

  • Items must be in their original condition (unwashed and unworn).

  • Customized or personalized items can only be exchanged if the error is on our part.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.


Refund Policy

We offer refunds for the following situations:

  • Items that arrive defective or damaged.

  • Orders that are incorrect or incomplete due to our error.

  • Orders that are canceled within 24 hours of placement.

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at contact@giftonomical.com with your order number and details about the issue.

  2. Attach photos of the item (if applicable).

  3. Once approved, we’ll process the refund to your original payment method.

Refund Process Timeline:

  • Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.


Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized or personalized items (unless defective or incorrect).

  • Items returned after the 30-day period.

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.


How to Return an Item

If your exchange or refund request is approved, follow these steps:

  1. Package the item securely to prevent damage during transit.

  2. Ship the item to the return address provided in our email.

  3. Provide us with the tracking information once the item is shipped.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
